Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, manage, and execute the virtual DVP across the full programme lifecycle.

Ensure CAE analysis activities are delivered on time and to the required quality standards using Agile delivery methods.

Integrate CAE results and recommendations into product design decisions.

Manage programme assumptions, priorities, risks, and technical developments.

Maintain quality through robust data management and control of engineering inputs such as CAD and NGD data.
-
Present CAE status and programme progress to stakeholders at all organisational levels.

Support physical validation activities and correlation between simulation and testing.
-
Lead issue resolution activities and provide visibility of programme and technical risks.

Act as the primary interface between the CAE team and wider stakeholders including design squads & vehicle teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:
Essential:
-
Project management and engineering task planning experience
-
Strong understanding of Powertrain system design and analysis.

Knowledge of electrified propulsion technologies, including:
-
High Voltage (HV) Batteries
-
Electric Drive Units (EDUs)
-
Associated Data required for DVP

Desirable:
-
Presentation and Communication skills.
Education:
-
Degree or equivalent education in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines.
